About The Clarity Lab
I'm a psychiatrist by training and a clarity-focused coach by choice. My clinical background shaped my respect for boundaries, containment, an ethnical scope - and also deepened my interest in the many people who aren't in crisis, but still feel stuck.
The Clarity Lab is designed for thoughtful, capable people navigating periods of transition who want to rebuild trust in their own judgement. This work is not about advice, fixing, or endless processing. It's a calm, time-limited space to slow down, recognize patters that undermine self-trust, and make decisions you can stand behind - even when certainty isn't available.
This is coaching, not therapy or medical care. I don't diagnose, treat or pathologize. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to get rid of the fluff and help you return authority to yourself so clarity lasts beyond our work together.

Questions and Answers
Is this therapy?
No. The Clarity Lab offers coaching, not therapy or medical care. I don't diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or provide crisis support. This work focuses on clarity, decision-making, and rebuilding self-trust during periods of transition.
How is this different from working with a therapist?
Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, symptom relief, or processing the past. Coaching at The Clarity Lab is present-focused and time-limited. We work on recognizing patterns, slowing reactivity, and making grounded decisions without advice or pressure.
Many clients have already done therapy and are looking for a different level of support - one that helps them move forward without being managed or fixed.
How is this different from manifestation or mindset coaching?
This work doesn't involve visualizing outcomes, shifting beliefs to feel better, or relying on signs or affirmations. Instead, it centers on grounded reflection, pattern recognition, and developing internal authority so decisions come from alignment rather than urgency or home.
No belief system is required.
Who is this a good fit for?
This work is best suited for thoughtful, capable people who:
-
Feel stuck despite insight or self-awareness
-
Are navigating a transition or decision
-
Tend to overthink or second-guess themselves
-
Want clarity without advice, fixing, or performance
It is especially helpful for people who value depth, boundaries, and containment.
What does the 6 session container look like?
We work together for six sessions with a clear beginning, middle, and end. The container is designed to support clarity and integration without creating dependency. The focus is on building skills you can use long after our work ends.
Do you offer single sessions?
Single sessions may be available in limited cases, but this work is designed as a short, contained process. Most clients get the most value from the full six-session container.
What if I'm still unsure or stuck at the end?
Uncertainty doesn't mean the work didn't work. The goal is not certainty, but self-trust - the ability to move forward without abandoning yourself. Many clients leave with greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence in their own judgement, even when answers aren't final.
Do you work with clients outside my state or country?
Because this is coaching (not medical care), I can work with clients in many locations. Specific availability can be discussed during an initial consultation.
How do I get started?
If this resonates, you can request a consultation through the contact form. There's no pressure to commit - the first step is simply a conversation to see if this work is a fit.
